1. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Albuquerque, NM, and its surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service range, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
2. What services do you offer?
We provide a variety of services, including dog walking, drop-in visits, pet sitting (Almost Overnight, Overnight, and Live-In Care), pet field trips, and poop pickup services for dogs and cats. Our services are customizable to meet your pet’s specific needs!
3. What is a drop-in visit?
A drop-in visit is a quick, personalized visit to your home to ensure your pet gets the care and attention they need. We can let your pup outside for potty breaks, provide fresh food and water, play, cuddle, and more—all tailored to your pet’s routine.
4. What’s included in pet sitting services?
Our pet sitting services range from Almost Overnight stays (evening and morning drop-ins) to Overnight stays (12-hour care) and Live-In Care (24-hour care with minimal absences). Each option includes love, personalized care, and plenty of attention for your pet!
5. How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Contact us to schedule an initial consultation. During this meet-and-greet, we’ll get to know you and your pet, discuss their needs, and review your preferences. We’ll also answer any questions and go over agreements to ensure a smooth process.
6. How can I trust your team with my pet and home?
Our team consists of trained, experienced pet care professionals who are passionate about animals. We’re insured and bonded for your peace of mind, and we prioritize safety and security for your pet and home.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% cancellation fee if services are canceled within 12 hours of a dog walk or drop-in visit, or within 72 hours of a pet sitting service. For holiday bookings, cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
8. How do payments work?
We require full payment within 14 days of your scheduled service to secure your booking. For reservations made outside of the 14-day window, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due within 14 days of service.
9. Can I book services for holidays?
Absolutely! We do book holiday services, but please note that holiday services tend to fill quickly, and cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
10. Will my dog always have the same walker or sitter?
We strive to provide consistency by assigning the same walker or sitter whenever possible. If a substitution is necessary, we’ll ensure your pet is cared for by another trusted team member who’s familiar with their needs.
11. Do you offer care for pets other than dogs?
Yes! We provide care for cats, small animals, and other pets. Let us know your pet’s specific needs, and we’ll create a care plan just for them.
12. Are you able to administer medications?
Yes, our team is experienced in administering medications, including pills, injections, and topical treatments. Be sure to provide detailed instructions during your consultation.
13. How will I receive updates about my pet?
We provide updates after every service, including photos, notes about your pet’s activities, and any observations. You’ll always know how your furry friend is doing!
